I can't change my Fiverr account password and I am not getting any gmail from Fever.What should I do now?

I can't change my Fiverr account password and I don't get any Gmail. I have discussed this issue before on support but my problem is not resolved. So I want to change my current Gmail and add a new Gmail. Fiverr support is telling me that my Gmail can't find it there. What should I do now?

First of all try to resolve your existing email address issue.

1. Show them some evidence of your email/ Profile SS so they can understand and Believe your account existence.

Then go for change email address.
