MY PAYONEER ACCOUNT NOT CONNECTING ON FIVERR

Pls can some help me I connected my Payoneer account to fiverr for some time now and wanted to withdraw then I was told to reconnect my bank account but anytime I did I get shown that screenshot. I've contacted customer support but problem still there what can I do. Pls somone help me.
