I received order but customer is not giving any requirment or sending message after 15 days still

I have received order from customer. But not receive any requirement or message from customer. I have sent many message to customer but he is not responding. He is fiver select customer. it will effect on my profile ? Its not my fault.

It's not an issue for your profile, unless the buyer is facing an issue with your requirements' list: be ready and keep your expertise sharp for the upcoming delivery!

I wouldn't bug the buyer too much. He already paid and will send you the info when he is ready. If you need help, you can always ask Customer Support to contact the buyer on your behalf.

I have a buyer that hasn't submitted her requirements since she placed the order in May. Since she reached out to me several times to say she was almost ready to place an order, I haven't asked Customer Support for help yet. I did send her a message yesterday to notify her of my holiday schedule.
