I have sent many message to customer but he is not responding. He is fiver select customer. it will effect on my profile ? If you need help, you can always ask Customer Support to contact the buyer on your behalf. I have a buyer that hasn't submitted her requirements since she placed the order in May. Since she reached out to me several times to say she was almost ready to place an order, I haven't asked Customer Support for help yet.
