What it means ?.....

The blue box is just asking you to confirm you understand what they wrote there (and you can see a "read more" option if you need to read more info on it), which is just letting you know what the briefs feature is (where buyer's can request specific services - a bit like buyer requests) and that you can turn that feature on or off and you can also set a minimum service price for it.

Sorry i didn't mention this.... I m not talking about blue box ... But my gigs ...  I have like 90+ impression but no that much clicks ....

If you want to improve your clicks and you're getting enough impressions then yes changing the gig image(s) might help.  For the "fastest data entry..." gig the "copy paste/typing" etc. text could be made more readable when it shows on your profile (that's roughly how it will look in search results). You could look at the top selling gigs to get an idea what sort of images work best.
