mrx_promoter Posted December 20, 2022 Share Posted December 20, 2022 I'm using a Fiverr seller account for the last 2 months suddenly Fiverr asked for an ID card verification when I submit my ID card for verification I received an email from Fiverr your order has been canceled and your Fiverr account has been suspended. siddik_111 Posted December 21, 2022 Share Posted December 21, 2022 maybe your ID card was already used before, ( once ) and you used the same ID card again and fiverr system have trace it and suspended your ID... However, it looks like there was no error in your case. You got banned, then broke the rules (again) by creating a new account without permission. You can try asking Customer Support for help, but they will probably just tell you that your account is permanently banned.
