What does "Last Delivery" on a sellers profile mean?

I see a seller Last Delivery showing 6 days. Is that the time from when they took an order to when they delivered it? For example they took and order and finished it in 6 days. Or does it mean the last finish delivery they did was 6 days ago?

It just means that their most recent delivery was 6 days ago. You have no way of knowing how long it took them to do the work; it could have been a day, or a month, or three months, or anything in between.

Not exactly. Last delivery date has nothing to do with when Seller was lastly on the platform. It rather is an indication of when Seller lastly delivered an Order. If the date is far, It simply shows that Seller isn't getting much Orders and many things could be responsible for that. However, below each Seller's username is "Last Seen:" info,  which tells when Seller was lastly spotted on the platform.
