Please make the entire menu item clickable, not just the text

Please make the entire menu item, not just the text, clickable. The <a> tag does not cover the entire space of the <li> tag, as demonstrated in the highlighted screenshot; as a consequence, we have non-clickable areas after clicking on which the entire menu abruptly collapses.
