Unavailable Stuck On

So last year,  November 2021 I switched off to take a vacation. 

Returned home a week later and switched gigs back on. 

Everything was fine until November/December this year when my earnings have absolutely slumped for no reason at all. 

Then, whilst twiddling my thumbs a past customer sent me a message and asked if I was available. Yes of course, it's great to see you again, I replied.

Apparently my gig pages show that I am unavailable. I checked and everything looks fine on desktop but when I checked on a mobile device, it's displaying I am unavailable. 

I've contacted Fiverr support and received a response within an hour, which is fantastic, however, it was just a generic response telling me about gig impressions etc.... 

Has anyone else had this issue?
