Buyer isn't responding

Buyer ordered a project. I send the buyer concepts but he wasn't responding . The delivery time is finished. What should I do? If I Cancel the order will it effect on my account?

If you don't have adequate instructions, you should contact customer support.

They can cancel the order on their end without affecting your stats.
