Just type in the "negative keywords" that you want to use in the text box. For example, I use the the following negative keywords to filter out the buyers who use these words in their search terms: Amazon reviews, web reviews, essay writing, thesis, assignment

This reduces the inbox inquiries that I get from buyers who are requesting services that violate Fiverr's ToS, such as doing student work or writing paid reviews on Amazon.
