can't activate my new account

I received an email reminding me to open it in order to activate the new account, and when I open the website, it kept saying : We are sorry but something does not go well with your activation, please try again and contact our support, so I did it . They haven't replied to me yet. I tried several times. My time is totally wasted!! I still have to submit documents to my seller! Has anyone met this issue????

yes same issue goes pretty same with me

Respected Fiverr.com please help me out.

when i click on the verification email, a new tab opens and says"We are sorry but something does not go well with your activation, please try again and contact our support, which i did, but didnt recieve any help or reply.

i sincerely hope Fiverr will help me out.
