I do understand your response and the advice's a good one for start ups

The "How's that" response is for you to elaborate 'cos i don't think she probably knows how to actually be a great seller.

An experienced person like you should know that...

if your account is new then you have to make sure you watch the free video on getting started with Fiverr as a seller first , then be sure your account is activated immediately, next you setup your Fiverr seller profile and your first Gig within 2 days of opening your Fiverr account.
