Unable to withdraw my funds, payment option greyed out

I wanted to withdraw my funds on fiverr only to discover my payment option, which is Fiverr revenue card has been greyed out, with a message that reads this, "We identified an issue with your application and cannot process it at this time. Please contact Customer Support."
It is noteworthy that I have always used this option to withdraw my funds without any hassle at all.
And this is the first time I am experiencing this.
This is worrisome. What exactly is the issue? I am broke right now and need some money to buy things I need this Christmas and pay for some of my college fees too.

1. Are you the person receiving the money and doing the work?
2. Is your name on your verified ID the same as your receiving account name?

It just sound like a problem with your receiving payment account info.

I am the owner receiving the money and I am the one doing the work.

 

And the name on my verified ID and receiving account are equally the same.

The Fiverr revenue card withdrawal method has an annual fee (30 or something). Maybe Payoneer failed to charge it from your account. Log in to your Payoneer account and check the inbox and the account properly.
