About on-time delivery?

Hi everyone..

here with another question/confusion currently my on-time delivery rate is 75% how many orders I'll have to deliver on time if I want to make it 90% for level-one seller evaluation?

one order will be enough to make it 90%?

That will depend on How many orders you completed within 60 days period up to evaluation period.
