Rating drop to zero is this a bug?

Hello, 

I do have completed orders in last 30 days with couple of them has 5 star rating as well, But on overview page I am seeing 0 rating and this message as well (We've noticed a drop in your performance.
Please review your stats below and act accordingly, to avoid a level demotion.
Your next evaluation: Dec 15, 2022)

Anyone else has this issue as well?
