Fiverr Seller needs help regarding "promotion ads with the store Fiverr"

A seller has asked me for help about this promotion ads with the store Fiverr, yet up to now, I can not find any useful links or guides that I could pass onto him. I don't personally think YouTube would have much to hand, even though it's kind of the one platform people go to for things like "How to videos"
