why is order canceled automatically after done the job successfully, even after getting the review from client?

If this is the order / review:

It's because you didn't provide good customer service. You'll be lucky to not get a warning or kicked off the platform.

If your buyer is not satisfied with the work, he can cancel the order through Fiverr support. In this case, you would be better off talking to the Buyer. After that you can contact support

your buyer contacts Fiverr support and share his feedback. due to this reason Fiverr support canceled your order. if you have any buyer confirmation regarding to your final delivery then you can contact Fiverr support. they will analysis on your query based. if you hadn't any confirmation then Fiverr support can't help.

According to me, Fiverr can't be kicked off sellers. if the seller doesn't provide continuous good service, then the seller gets warning messages. maybe buyer work is different from real work or related to imagination.

But as a seller, we need to try our best to best for providing good services because we are based on buyers.
