Is there any criteria for TOP LEVEL SELLER BADGE?
As i have cleared the shown requirements from the 2nd level to top for about an year! 
moreover, what's the criteria for the SELLER PLUS?

Correct! They're handpicked by Fiverr, so you just have to do your best. Maybe Fiverr will pick you, maybe they won't.

I have seen the 'worked for PROJECTS/companies' on my competitor's profiles, is it something we will get after FIVERR TOP LEVEL or there's some criteria for that too like usage of fiverr workspace and stuff?
