Need assitance quickly to remove reviews

I have made a ticket to the support to delete reviews in which the visual of my orders appears while the product is confidential for the moment. 

How long do you think it will take to have them deleted by the support? Is there any option to do it myself? I know that the provider can't...

Unfortunately, since you approved the image(s) to be displayed, you'll have to wait for Fiverr Customer Support.

Please wait for the reply from Fiverr support. It will take maximum 24 hours. But they will try to reply as soon as possible.

Fiverr Customer Support won't remove those images unless you show them proof that your buyers approve of the images being removed.

Technically, only buyers are supposed to make this request (the images belong to your buyers and buyers must approve the images before they're posted with the review).

However, as a seller, I'm able to remove images from reviews using screenshots of my buyers' approval. I let my buyers know that they accidentally approved confidential images to be included in my Live Gallery and ask for their permission to take it down. Once I have the screenshot, I'll send it to Customer Support and they remove the images right away.
