profile Approval

I am an old seller of fiverr since 2011, I never confronted issue regarding profile approval except gigs. But last month, on making a new gig, fiverr not only paused my all gigs, but also sent message that profile cannot be approved. I cannot see my gigs anymore to edit or delete them. I am improving my profile as well, But this does not show that profile will be approved later or not.

Can anyone tell that monthly evaluation may include, profile approval ? 

How can I get my profile approved when I cant see my gigs?

Did you take an English test before you published your gigs? Fiverr now requires writers to pass an English test before they can offer writing services.
