Please let me know if there is any update on this new Fiverr . And what are its advantages or disadvantages or what should I do, please

What kind of update do you need. Buyer Request is gone -- removed from the site (or, for some people, still being removed). Brief & Match has replaced it -- a feature in which Fiverr matches gigs to sellers, and presents them as connective opportunities for qualifying sellers. 

What should YOU do? Be a great seller.

You do not need briefs to be successful, here, on Fiverr.
