My Fiverr account response rate dropping down and response time increasing up. I don’t know why.

My message is the last message in the inbox of every buyer I've talked to so far.

Notes: A few days ago my laptop got malware virus attack and hacker hacked my Fiverr account.  Then he knocked some sellers and deleted those inbox.

What can I do now? how can I solve this?
