Did Fiverr remove the Fiverr Revenue Card Withdrawal Option

copywriter2021

Question

I recently tried adding a withdrawal method to my Fiverr account and found out the Fiverr Revenue Card Withdrawal Option is no longer available as a withdrawal option Payoneer bank transfer option was also blunt and unclickable with a text that reads "We identified an issue with your application and cannot process it at this time. Please contact Customer Support" when you hover your mouse on Payoneer bank transfer option.

I contacted Fiverr customer support to report the complain and I was told to contact Payoneer which I did but Payoneer confirmed to me that my Payoneer account have no record of any Fiverr account linked to it and referred me back to Fiverr.

I know the Fiverr Revenue Card Withdrawal Option should be a better option for me since Paypal doesn't work in my country.

Please is there anyone that had similar experience? Please I need guide on how to go about this. I am getting confused and don't know what to do

My question for you: Do you have a Payoneer Card? (Fiverr Revenue Card)?
