How to delete/edit a review if you are a buyer?

Hi all, I brought a regular customer to Fiverr, but in short he got confused and left the wrong review. He wants to change or delete the review, but can't find that feature. How can he do this? If possible please send screenshots or a video so I can show him visually.

There is no way to edit or remove reviews after it has been posted..

What your buyer can do is to contact fiverr support and explain the whole situation and they will help him..

Discussing reviews or rating with your buyer may drag you in trouble so try avoid those kind of discussions.

You have to contact Customer support for editing or deleting the review . They will help you, if you are a buyer. Seller does not allow anything
