What is the reason for the decrease in order completion rate?

Question

Hello Dear Friends

I have delivered the last 6 jobs on time.

My clients are also satisfied and share their feelings.

But I don't understand why my order completion rate has decreased.

But before completing these tasks I had 95% there but suddenly it came to 86% now it is not increasing in any way.
Please suggest me what to do and advice on this.

Hi,

Please note that order completion rate based on last 60 days order completed and cancelled order %. May be last 60 days you have completed only small number of order like 10 or 15 orders. So if you cancel one order in last 60 days make big impact on this. Try to deliver more orders to increase the completion rate or wait until last cancelation surpasse the evaluation period.
