peninsula1 Posted December 4, 2022 Posted December 4, 2022 Hello Fiverr community. Thanks in advance for your answers. I recently (actually 2 weeks ago) completed the requirements as a new seller and I think by 15th of December Is the next evaluation period. But I am worried as my order completion rate is at 88%. On the 15th will the hault me from reaching the level 1 status? Or I shouldn't be worried as it's not part of the requirements to reach level 1.
grayprogrammerz Posted December 4, 2022 Posted December 4, 2022 If any progressbar is in RED, you should worry. Completion rate should be 90% or above. You won't get level, if that remains 88% at 15th of month.
excel_macro_vba Posted December 4, 2022 Posted December 4, 2022 You should then wait for the next month(Next Evaluation), if you are lagging in any category you won't get next level.

As much as possible, such that 90% of your orders being completed in past 60 days should be on time. For me, 90% is almost same as 100%, means you have to complete all orders on time and extend time for orders that are late before delivering it.
peninsula1 Posted December 21, 2022 Author Posted December 21, 2022 Update, I am a level one seller now 😊 after the last evaluation. I was able to make my order completion 90%, it's on 92% now.
digiray Posted December 21, 2022 Posted December 21, 2022 I am level 1 for last one year but I am not getting any order after removed Buyers request option. I did SEO on my gigs. No luck till now. Any valuable suggestion is very welcome from experts. Thanks
