I posted a brief and was matched with a buyer who joined in September of 2021 and had about 100 reviews.

Buyer Briefs are for buyers.  Are you a buyer?

If you are a seller and you promote your services in briefs, the the buyer you are matched with will report you and Fiverr will give you a warning.

Sellers cannot promote their services in briefs. 

Briefs are only for buyers to search for services. Once a buyer submits a brief Fiverr matches, the buyer with sellers who offer the services the buyer is seeking. 

Do not promote your gigs through briefs. You will get in trouble and could use your account.
