Account got banned and still cannot create another account in future

Hi I got I'd verification when I did I receive my account has been blocked

I created support ticket they said your account is blocked and also you can not create another account with that I'd because your id have some issue . I asked them the issue they said we can not disclose is ? How is that possible why can't they disclose it

I have right to know it?

Then why they are not answering?
