Not getting order email notifications

Despite getting every other type of email notification from Fiverr to Outlook/Hotmail, I am not receiving order updates or messages. I've been having to manually check the website to see if someone messaged me. I checked email notification settings and everything is set to receive emails just not getting the important ones! Not in spam or deleted folders either!

Hotmail actually not getting any emails at all from Fiverr. Appalling. Not sure if the problem is with Fiverr or Hotmail, but very annoying. I had to change the email on my Fiverr account to a yahoo email.
