Facing issue while Id verification

Hi I'm facing issue while verifying my account and I have created support ticket they said you already have another account that's why it's not verifying and your id is restricted temporary for 90 days after that you can withdraw your earnings

So recently I have checked and I find out I have an old account but I don't use it and forgot that I already have an account but yesterday I have closed it so now I don't have 2nd account 

So my current account which is facing I'd verification because of my old account that account would reopen again or not ?
