Copyright on video editing

Im new to fiverr and stupidly set up my gig to possibly include videos made by online creators / companies that buyers might not own to be edited in a comedic fashion / parody.

 

Does this fall under fair use (if fair use is even valid on the website) or is this not allowed?

UPDATE: i looked at the ToS and it said nothing about fair use, so for safety measures i took the gig down, but just to prevent myself from making mistakes like this in the future, please may my question still stand 🙏🙂
