Promotion Gig for Demoted Seller

This is just a suggestion, I hope there is any fiverr's developer or staff seeing this topic,
So I did demoted  to New Seller from Level One on October 2022, My On-time Delivery was around 67% that time because I got an illness.
Unfortunately, at 15th November I failed to fix my On-time Delivery (now is 85%) because I just got only a few order lately, and surprisingly now my Impression got extremely down to 200 (from around 1000 per week) and no order since last 7 days. 
I hope Fiverr could give us (demoted seller) a "second chance" like probably open the promotion gig feature too help us reach for new buyer and fix the statistic.
I feel this level feature is very important. Hopefully fiverr's staff/developer could considering my suggestion.
