tip and money clearance

hello, everyone 

my customer gave me tip but fiver did not give me in adding money , customer ordered $125 and tip 25 if we will add . it will make 150 dollars 

but fiver net income 120$ I know that fiver charges money it is so, high and when will finish pending clearance 

 

please guaid me

Hi, Fiver charges 20% on seller revenue. your order value is $125 + $25 tips = total $150.  Now minus 20% from your total income. so it will be $120. you will receive it.
