Why does Fiverr support ignore me?

Hi all,



I’m a 100% positive feedback level 1 account and I just want to re-send my paypal email activation as I didn’t get it.



Fiverr support has ignored 5x of my emails / support tickets and its been a month.



Any tips for getting them to care?

I don’t think you’ll find customer support here, to get attention you can try to post on twitter or fiverr fan page.
