I cant verify my National ID card

Hi, dear Fiverr team, I can't verify my National ID Card. When I want to click a photo or upload my national ID card photo, I can't browse any photos from my gallery or click any pictures.  And also had Fiverr give me this error message.

Hello. Make sure the picture on your ID is clear and place yourself in area that is not dark
