Struggling with new feature

I got some orders some months ago. After sometimes I can't get time to work in fiverr because of my university studies. Now I came back to fiverr. So I heard about the replacement of buyer request. Apart of this new feature I am struggling to get orders through this feature. I am sure I can make double orders through this feature. Thank you.
