HOW TO RECIEVE BRIEF FROM BUYERS

We all know that fiverr has removed sending of offers and we are in the era of brief, but the problem is that not all of us get to recieve this brief.

 

So my question to those recieving briefs from buyers is that :- how did you do it  and what are the requirements

On the gigs menu, you will se there is a option for get briefs, There you have to set a rate and then you will see Briefs automatically !

i have done that already but i dont see it still
