No verify sms option for verification even after entering the number

Hi I joined Fiverr earlier and I have problem in verification. For verification i entered my phone number but I'm not able to use verify sms option and verify with phone call is also not working

If you are verifying via a mobile phone,  try this on a laptop.

If you have laptop or desktop which for work device you used, try these. Also try to update Fiverr apps
