On the mobile view of the order, your delivery will be in the Timeline tab:

If your customer is viewing from the Chat tab (the default setting), they won't see the delivery, only your chats. They have to physically click on the Timeline tab to see your delivery.

@freekhan12, how is the buyer's view via Desktop mode? If the buyer still doesn't see anything, it's best that you contact Customer Support as @williambryan392 has suggested. Hopefully you've already reached out to Customer Support. If the order auto-closes tomorrow, the buyer most likely will not be happy. You might want to try to redeliver to see if it wasn't a glitch (this will also extend the buyer's acceptance period).

I advise all of my customers to view their orders on Desktop mode because there tends to be more issues with viewing orders via mobile device.
