catwriter Posted November 26, 2022 Share Posted November 26, 2022 In that case, you can try making a screenshot that shows that you have delivered everything, and send it to the buyer. If the buyer still doesn't see anything, it's best that you contact Customer Support as @williambryan392 has suggested. Hopefully you've already reached out to Customer Support. If the order auto-closes tomorrow, the buyer most likely will not be happy. You might want to try to redeliver to see if it wasn't a glitch (this will also extend the buyer's acceptance period). I advise all of my customers to view their orders on Desktop mode because there tends to be more issues with viewing orders via mobile device. 5 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
