Do you include Ad spend in your gig price?

Hi All!

I have a ton of experience in setting up and running social media ads, however, this will be the first time I am doing this on my own.

After looking at other gigs I am wondering if most of you factor in Ad spend to your gig price? If you don't, how do you explain this to the clients, are most understanding?
