Fiverr business placement

I have a few gigs and one is in Fiverr business placement.  I read you can change others but when I go to edit or create a new gig, the option "Gig Placement", which is new, is missing.  Anyone know about this?  I'm waiting to hear back from CS but they said make a new gig - but that still doesn't work.

Same issue, I assume it is for specific categories only.
