Hello there!

I am not sure how setting a rate for starting briefs work.

If I set USD 10 as my starting rate, will I only get briefs of orders with only USD 10 Budget or this will be the minimum rate for me to get the brief. Does this mean I won't get briefs having less than 10 USD budget. Please help.

Did you even experiment it? It would be better for you to experiment the feature by using different prices. We are not sure that at which price, you are gonna get the relevant and matched job. So better to try different prices and test it on your own!
