Need A help

Hello,

I am salim. I am fiverr level 2 seller. About 2 months ago I got 2 bad reviews.  After that I completed many orders and received many good reviews.  But the problem is that my two bad reviews are still showing up on my gig.  Despite having clicks on my gig for these two bad reviews, no orders are coming in.  And I am losing my rank day by day.  What is the reason for showing bad reviews at the top and how can I get rid of it?

Nobody in this world is perfect so keep focus on delivering your best. You cannot remove bad removes, I also have 2-3 bad reviews but overall my profile showing 5 Star ratings because my average reviews are 5 Star.

Sorry, That is not my point of question. I know nobody is perfect in this world. My question is why these bed reviews are showin on top of the reviews as got a lot of reviews after that.

I think that is random or you should contact customer support for this.
