It's not the number of gigs that will get you an order nor Fiverr guarantees to do so for you. 
Although,

1. Improve your gig according to Fiverr TOC.
2. Focus on one area in the beginning.
3. Remember, consistency is the key to get order and have long lasting relationship with the clients.
