Hi All ! I have an issue i complete my all achievement and goal for new seller to level 1. but I did not get my Level 1 batch.. what is the issue .. i have good reviews and 5 stars on all orders but unfortunately i did not get my level 1 seller batch

Hi @ahmadali1633, In order to get the Level I Seller badge, all of the targets should have been achieved on November 15th. It looks like you just missed this evaluation date. As long as you maintain your seller metrics, you should get the Level 1 Seller badge on the next evaluation date, which is December 15th.

Keep an eye on your inbox response time because that can't drop below 90%. Usually a lowered inbox response is due to not marking spam messages as spam (you either need to mark the messages as spam or reply to them).
