I think if we are really good at work then we will get the job today or tomorrow. I think we are not 100% skilled so we can't get a job. We need to improve our skills. We have to practice more and more. Never be discouraged.
The day our skills are 100% we will get the right job.
On that day God will arrange our work. God will never let you down if you have the skills.

It's rather obvious that you need to be very skilled if you want to achieve success in anything. You can't just barely know English for example and expect to be an amazing writer. Or you can't be tone deaf and expect to be a stellar musician. Practice makes perfect. And developing skills is one thing, knowing how to use them is what will make you stand out as a seller.
