Seller gave me partially stolen work

I commissioned an artwork several months ago and it seemed to go well.  The seller created a specialized quote which I agreed upon and made the artwork.  Recently I have found an artwork from a year before on devientart and the portrait was almost identical with a different background and head.  The body most of the detail was identical.  After all this time is it possible to get a refund?  I purchased this with commercial rights which I cannot possibly have if the work was stolen right?

I'd say try asking customer support about it; https://www.fiverr.com/support/

It seems like the seller couldn't accomplish your expectations. Some sellers here on this platform can't satisfy buyers requirement but copy others. he/she could be a fake, fraud, or scammer.

 

I'd be careful next time.

yes it's possible. please contact Fiverr custom support with your proof. hope to get your refund
