Top Rated seller badge is drop my On-time delivery, Order completion , Rating and others Analytics up to 90%

Recently I can see my Top Rated seller badge is drop my On-time delivery, Order completion , Rating and others Analytics up to 90%. So why my Top Rated badge is dropped? In the last 60 days, I don't cancel any orders and recently I have done a big order with a 5-star review.

Top Rated seller badge calculate differently way? Because all the analytics are fulfill.

Perhaps you got some negative comments in private, there are reviews that are visible to everyone and those that aren't. Your clients may have given you negative review / rating.

strategist_ceo no my all reviews are positive even last month I worked my most happy clients who must give me good hidden reviews as well.
