Hello,

I had a buyer request I create a couple Gmail Accounts for them. In order to send them an offer I had to create a gig. To my dismay the gig was automatically denied. Working in IT I was always under the impression that creating accounts as a service was okay. I would argue as long as it can be reasonably assumed the accounts will be used for a business it would be considered an IT Service. My question is:

Does fiverr not allow creating gmail accounts for clients?

There are doing so. These days, emails can be tied to associated accounts that you own, so I can see why it should be forbidden.

I have had gigs created and denied before, and the customer service gave me a very generic answer: "Your gig is not desirable.". It was a personal statement writing gigs for refugees and another one for fiverr gig description.
