I have to agree with Andy's comment, I do point out in my gig to contact me first before placing an order, but I don't start the sentence with "Don't place an order," I use bold fonts and say "Please contact me first."
I also mention the same message in my gig description. There will be people who will not read and still place an order though, sadly that's how things are at times. 

Also it might be a good idea to add one more sample image.
